Standford University conducted the first comprehensive study of charter school performance and the results are not good for charter school advocates. Charter schools are not producing academic gains beyond that which public schools are providing. As it turns out charter schools have not proven to be the magic bulllet of reform that many had predicted. Here is the entire report.

While every grievance begins as a complaint, all complaints do not become grievances. In order to know what complaints can be processed as grievances, you will need to refer to the collective bargaining agreement between the County College of Morris Board of Trustees and the Academic Administrative Personnel Federation of County College of Morris, Local 3983. As you will see on the beginning of page 31 of the contract, the definition of a grievance is an alleged misinterpretation, misapplication or express violation of the collective bargaining agreement.
